The latest version has issues with header on phone rotation, and the screen froze up when I tried to place an order in landscape. Please fix

Overall the app still serves its purpose for traders on the go. As the most recent reviews state, there is now definitely an issue with the header not wanting to rotate back when viewing the charts horizontally. Aside from fixing this new header rotation issue that came about with the last update perhaps in the future Id like to see some sort of pip calculator like the one on the website platform.

The latest update has me not being able to trade mobile anymore. Like previously stated when you flip the phone the header does not work right and when you place and order, or try to, it freezes the screen and your not able to get out of it. Please advise on any attempts there are at fixing this problem.

When I rotate my phone and try to place a trade, the app freezes up. This app is terrible.

It freezes every time I swith from landscape to portrait and does t allow to place orders at all. I PHONE 4S

Great app to start with, one of the limitations are one cannot know the exact margin left. All we see is a tradable balance which actually is not your readable balance.

They closed my account when I still had about $450 without any explanation.

Just out of the blue, Rate Alerts on iPhone edition not working well. Number wheels, for USD/JPY at least, dont reflect proper available numbers. Highest integer available is 99. Problem persists even after deleting the app and redownloading. And so far the "help desk" is denying theres a problem as of Aug 1.

Countless errors on charts. Hourly and weekly bars double themselves. If youve ever used any professional services, these fail miserably in my opinion.

New update v2.8.1 wont load past the start up screen.

Just upgraded the app a it crashes on startup.

App does not load on 7.0.2. Simply crashes. Updated to 7.1 in the meantime, the app still does not load. Pathetic.

The app constantly displays old and incorrect data. Its better than nothing, but load times are horrible and the only way to trust it is to completely close it every time, otherwise you are just looking at cached data (and your P/L will use the cached data, so nothing is reliable). Overall: Bad job, forex.com -- for a financial app that allows trades, someone should be fired for allowing this.
