Rate Alerts Defunct

Just out of the blue, Rate Alerts on iPhone edition not working well. Number wheels, for USD/JPY at least, dont reflect proper available numbers. Highest integer available is 99. Problem persists even after deleting the app and redownloading.
And so far the "help desk" is denying theres a problem as of Aug 1.
