Apps freezes when trying to sign in.

I wish I could give 0 star or even less if possible. The charting was always freeze and the details are always wrong.

This app is essential to my trading. Checking and adjusting positions is strait forward. Only complaint is sometimes the candles on the chart will not load correctly after having the app open for a while. Price will be correct but chart will be missing candles. Other than that it works well.

I have been using this app on my phone on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I have found several problems with it crashing and I have also noticed another very important thing; it doesnt work without wifi. I used three different phones but they all have given me problems when not connected to the wifi network.

Please fix it

The previous version worked adequately but this recent version doesnt even open. It continues to crash. Please fix this!

Worked great before but now with update 2.9 it will not even open. Just stays at the "Forex" screen only.

App doesnt even open since the last version came out. Two days passed and no action from forex.

The app does not even open. It was working fine before the update, it has been days and it has not been fixed yet. Plain rubbish, what kind of testing do you guys do before releasing an update?

Fix this app I just lost my money

After the recent update, the app crashes and doesnt open to begin with. Please fix this

Application is very slow to load. Also there is no international Indexes showing except for currencies. On the iPad version when one logs in they can see currencies and indexes for stocks but not so on this one. Please update and improve.

The app is nice. However, for some reason it wont open, saying that I need to have a better internet connection. I downloaded the app on a friends phone and the same problem occurred. Besides that, the app would be excellent if you could chose not to have the alerts go to your email and you could delete all of the old ones.

You need to optimize! Theres an error of "no internet connection". But am connected.

It is very slow on iOS 8, please optimize it. Im using wifi, and the app says there is no internet connection. Please fix it.

Update it now there is a big it doesnt open on all iPhones

1 You cannot arrange the sequence of currency pairs when not logged in. 2 You can view only less than six currency pairs in the app when you login(when are the quick pairs you select on the website trading platform. Of course you can "edit " and add more, but you need to do that every single time you log in. BTW, I see no reason why quick pairs are limited to less than 6 on the website trading. 3 the trading function of the app is even more limited if 1 and 2 are merely for data view...

Using this iPhone app for past 10 months and have seen only one app update in spite of need for revamping the whole app. List of areas where there is a immediate need for improvements: 1) single sign-on for multiple account holder is not available 2) basic reporting capabilities missing.. Including app does not even provide P&L of your account. 3) App quote & trade execution performance lags compare to competition like OANDA 4) funding functions are missing in app.. You have to actually leave the app & do it on their website.

I think the app runs very smoothly and I havent experienced any glitches or bugs, also the app is very easy to run, and navigation is very simple. This app has everything lined up perfectly and is a very good way to invest some extra cash.
